Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept Refunds or Replacement for:
- If the Item is not received / lost in transit
- Received & unusable condition (broken, damaged, defective)
- If we make any mistakes for example we send the wrong Item (size/style/color)
- The customer puts the wrong address
- The customer orders the wrong Item
- The customer orders the wrong (size/ style/ color)
- Free items does not include refunds
- In case of Immediate change of mind please let us know as soon as possible, if the item has not been shipped yet we would gladly refund you, but if the item is already shipped (usually within 24 hours) we would not be able to refund. Thank you for understanding
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
